Founder & CEO
Nick Wang
Nick grew up in China before he came to the US for graduate studies at the University of Colorado, Boulder. He has extensive business relationships with Chinese schools, companies and NGO’s.
Nick is a cross-cultural communication expert and enjoys learning via travel. He has been leading Real Asia to help many schools across the US with their faculty-led study trips.

Joe Lucero
With over ten years spent abroad, Joe has developed a vast global network and has been able to travel extensively throughout Asia. He has coordinated and led numerous MBA & EMBA oversea trips. Such programs include: Wharton, Stanford, Columbia, HBS, Kellogg and many more.
Joe is consistently praised for his excellent customer service, as well as for his leadership and passion for Asia. He currently lives in Taiwan and manages most of Real Asia’s Taiwan trips.

Nick Tsang
Nick Tsang possesses a decade of progressive experience in the fields of Education, Travel and Business. With a Master’s degree in educational management from the Education University of Hong Kong, he has led a wide range of programs and projects. These roles within complex operations, included building trusting relationships with various stakeholders, offering institution partners the most valuable activities and interactions, leading international immersions to many destinations around the world, as well as working at the intersection of different cultures.

Luke Hao
Following his graduation from Trinity Western University, Canada with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Luke returned to Beijing, his hometown. As a former Senior Event Organizer, he has 15 years of experience and knowledge in public relations.
Luke is also a certificated calligrapher and a semi-professional runner who has completed more than 30 full marathons in different countries. He has a profound understanding of sports, education and culture, and he is keen to share his insights and experience with students.

Carol Wang
Raised in Taiwan, Carol was an award-winning TV show assistant producer before relocating to the US. She was responsible for a variety of programs including travel, cooking, and news. Also, in the past 10 years, she has worked in the e-commerce and digital marketing fields which had provided her with in-depth knowledge, especially in the US market.
Carol has a great passion for travelling and she is always eager to explore new surroundings and experience.

Joanna Yang
Joanna was a TV hostess before she came to the U.S. pursuing her master degree in Art Management. She is fueled by her passion for exploring the world, thirsting for knowledge and understanding the nuances of cross-cultural communication. She considers herself a good communicator, always fond of sharing her experiences, stories and thoughts to people who are also as curious about the world.

Stanley Harsha
Stanley Harsha is a former U.S. diplomat, with over 30 years of experience in Asian affairs. Currently, he is President of U.S.-Asia Education Exchanges, which assists U.S. universities in establishing partnerships with Asian universities and to recruit students. He now divides his time between the United States and Asia, dedicating his time to writing, advancing international educational exchanges between Asia and the U.S..

Holding two EMBA degrees in Tsinghua PBCSF and China Europe International Business School, Tony runs several investment firms in East Asia and Southeast Asia. He helps set up business visits in Singapore, Indonesia and China.
